Massimo Tavoni was the Principal Investigator of COBHAM. Traditionally his research has focused on integrated assessment modeling of climate change and energy policies.

Jacopo Bonan is specialized in the design of impact evaluation studies. For COBHAM he worked on the role of behavioural interventions to improve energy access and efficiency in developing countries.
